Grape selection at the vineyard, fermentation runs at a controlled temperature of 24ºC (75ºF) for 10 days. Constant pumpovers. Aged in American oak barrel for 3 months, malolactic fermentation completed in barrels. Bottle refined for 3 months prior to its release to the market. Light filtering followed by wine bottling.
Cherry colour with great depth and light shades of ageing. .
