Grape selection at the vineyard, fermentation runs at a controlled temperature of 24ºC (75ºF) for 15-20 days. Constant pumpovers. Aged in American oak barrel for 12-15 months, malolactic fermentation completed in barrels. Bottle refined for 36 months prior to its release to the market. Light filtering followed by wine bottling.
Ruby cherry colour with great depth and good intensity.
Complex, clean, roasting notes.
