Grape selection at the vineyard, fermentation runs at a controlled temperature of 24ºC (75ºF) for 10 days. Constant pumpovers. Aged in American oak barrel for 6 months, malolactic fermentation completed in barrels. Bottle refined for 24 months prior to its release to the market. Light filtering followed by wine bottling.
Ruby cherry colour with great depth and light shades of the ageing colour.
Varietal expression, fruity, with well-assembled woodnotes.
